Like most people, at several points in my career, both as an employee and a leader, I WAS disengaged and I know firsthand how it can derail a team and an organization. I also felt how deeply connected that disengagement was to all areas of my life, not just my career.

Did you know that today, nearly 7 out of 10 American workers ARE DISENGAGED?

This means that these employees (and leaders!!) are not bringing the best of who they are and what they have to offer to their work each day. They are simply doing the minimum amount of work necessary to survive and get paid. They may even be looking for another job!

these engagement numbers can be flipped! We know from the GALLUP organization that understanding WHY your employees are disengaged and creating a strengths-based culture within teams can be the driver to this much-needed change.
